Synterra Innovations Ltd.
A Canadian money services business registered with FINTRAC (N300000167), wholly owned by the group. Our own regulated rails — not a referral to someone else's.
The regulated entity of the Whales Corp AG group — a Canadian money services business built to serve a small number of private and corporate relationships properly, rather than a large number of them at arm's length.
Whales Corp AG is a Swiss holding company specialised in private-client financial services for crypto, delivered through international, non-custodial infrastructure and a network of managed subsidiaries. As the strategic centre of the group it holds governance, investment and long-term partner relationships.
A Canadian money services business registered with FINTRAC (N300000167), wholly owned by the group. Our own regulated rails — not a referral to someone else's.
Research and development units located in favourable jurisdictions, building the infrastructure the services run on.
Long-standing relationships with exchange desks, EMI providers and fintechs across the jurisdictions the group operates in.
The group excludes formal and nominal roles: every position reflects real participation and responsibility. This is a small house, and the names below are the people a client actually reaches — not a switchboard in front of them.
Answerable for the conduct of the entity: which relationships it takes on and the terms agreed on each of them. Also the officer designated under the money services business registration, which carries the compliance programme, the KYC and source-of-funds standards, and the authority to decline a relationship.
The written agreements behind every mandate, correspondence with regulators and banking partners, and the regulatory framework the business operates under.
Onboarding through to day-to-day execution, and the named contact a client reaches when something is not as it was expected to be.
Synterra Innovations Ltd. is wholly owned by Whales Corp AG. Shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners are documented, and the ownership structure is disclosed to regulators, banking partners and correspondent counterparties on request. The group states maximum transparency of team, ownership and investor composition as a principle; this is where that principle has to hold.
Exchange and paying-agent services, banking rails and digital cheque issuance are extended individually to clients and partners who need real capacity and a direct relationship rather than a queue.
That is a deliberate constraint. A house that takes every relationship cannot know any of them, and a limit sized by policy rather than by a person is the wrong limit for almost everybody.
Conversion is disclosed and agreed once. Nothing about the arrangement is meant to be discovered later.
Client funds stay in the client's custody. We are the regulated path, not the holder.
Built for clients who require discretion, capacity and a relationship — not a standardised product.
The mark is a piece of ground, drawn the way a survey map draws one — contour isolines — with a fault cut straight through it and the two plates slid apart along the cut.
Contours are a map of somewhere. A fault is where that somewhere stops being continuous: a border, a currency, a settlement system. Everything in the field is displaced across it. The one thing that holds is the core in the middle, sitting astride the cut, whole.
That is what this house is for, and it is the only warm thing in the mark.
Terms, limits and structuring are agreed individually following compliance review. Mail is answered by a person.
Onboarding, exchange and paying-agent mandates, and banking rails.
A payment that has not arrived, a limit that needs revisiting, a document you need again.
