Personally handled introductions
Partners are compensated on the activity their referred clients generate, under a signed agreement. Terms are tailored per relationship rather than drawn from a public rate card, and every referral is logged.
Partners who introduce clients are compensated on the activity those clients generate. Every partner completes verification and signs a written agreement before making an introduction, and commercial terms are tailored to the relationship.

The more substantial and durable the introduction, the greater the benefit. The structure rewards genuine relationships, not volume of referrals.
Formalised in writing before any referral, with partner verification, ongoing account monitoring, and payout terms documented upfront.
Combinable if a client takes more than one service. Every track pays out automatically, per transaction, in USDC.
| Track | Commission structure | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Track 1 — Card referral | 30% of the ~1.5% card conversion revenue | First $100k / €100k / £100k spent per client |
| Track 2 — MSB conversion services | 0.15% of stablecoin volume; 0.25% of all other crypto (e.g. TON, BTC) | All conversion volume — lifetime of the client |
| Track 3 — Post.Cash programme | 50% revenue share on subscription fees and technical issuance fees | All Post.Cash revenue — lifetime of the client |
$100,000 × 1.5% × 30% = up to $450
Per client, on the first $100k of card spend. A ceiling, not a projection — actual conversion revenue depends on how the client spends.
Tracks 2 and 3 are volume-linked and continue for the lifetime of the client. Qualifying partners are registered and reported as agents of Synterra Innovations Ltd. wherever MSB agent-registration rules apply — which is a regulatory obligation, not a formality, and part of what the written agreement covers.
Write with the shape of your book and where your clients are. Verification and the written agreement come before any introduction.
