Synterra
Services

Structured around the client, not retrofitted to them

Four service lines, extended individually to clients and partners who need discretion, real capacity, and a direct relationship. None of them begins before onboarding is complete, and none of them has a published rate card.

Service 01

Exchange & paying-agent services

Conversion and settlement sized for meaningful volume, arranged directly with the desk rather than routed through a generic interface.

As paying agent we execute third-party payments on documented, verified instruction — settling invoices, payroll and supplier payments on a client's behalf, with full originator and beneficiary records retained throughout.

01

Fiat ↔ crypto exchange

Conversion sized for real volume and arranged directly with the desk, at terms agreed with the relationship rather than quoted per click.

02

Third-party payment execution

Invoices, payroll and supplier payments settled on documented instruction, with originator and beneficiary records retained for compliance.

03

Structured, documented settlement

Every flow is documented end to end, with reconciliation and audit trails maintained and available to compliance and banking partners on request.

Service 02

Multi-currency banking rails

Synterra is not simply an introduction to a bank. It is regulated infrastructure in its own right, standing behind every EUR, GBP and USD settlement we make.

01

One exchange, one audit trail

Because the exchange happens directly with us as a regulated entity, every fiat amount you receive traces to a single, fully documented exchange transaction — a clear audit trail for a banking partner to review.

02

EUR, GBP & USD settlement

Conversion settles in the currency you bank in, to an account in your own name. We are the counterparty to the exchange and the party that documents it — not a place your money sits between the two.

Why it matters

The rails, not just a relationship

An introduction to a bank leaves the hardest question unanswered: where did this money come from, and who is answerable for it. When the exchange counterparty is a registered money services business inside the same group, that question has one documented answer.

Service 03

Business customer suite

The same relationship extends to entities — exchange and paying-agent services and banking rails, structured around the company rather than retrofitted to it.

01

Multi-user & sub-accounts

Multiple authorised users and sub-accounts, suited to teams, treasuries and multi-entity structures.

02

Bulk payments & payroll

Paying-agent services extended to bulk disbursement — supplier payments, contractor settlements, payroll runs.

03

Dedicated banking access

The same EUR, GBP and USD rails, on the same point of contact as the personal relationship.

Service 04

Post.Cash — digital cheque issuance

Send crypto as a digital cheque: the familiarity of a paper instrument, settled with blockchain finality. Issue, send, redeem — once, then stamped paid on-chain.

01

Reimagined cheque issuance

Issue and send crypto as digital cheques across Solana, Ethereum and Tron.

02

Multi-chain support

Settle natively across three chains, without requiring the recipient to already hold a wallet on the issuing chain.

03

A familiar instrument, on-chain

Issue, send, redeem — with the settlement finality and transparency of blockchain rails.

04

Built for exchange offices

Licensed desks, online or at the counter, issue a cheque as the final step of an already-verified transaction — an auditable alternative to a cash payout.

For merchants

Paid in crypto by your customers, banked in your own currency

A merchant who accepts crypto ends up holding an asset they did not set out to own, acquired in the ordinary course of trading. The question is not how to store it. It is how to turn it back into the currency the business actually runs on, with a record good enough for the accountant and the bank.

  1. Step one

    The sale

Your customer pays in crypto against your invoice, at the price you set in your own currency. The receipt is revenue from your economic activity, tied to an order reference — not a transfer from an unexplained wallet.

  2. Step two

    The receipt

What arrives is matched to the sale that produced it and screened before it counts as settled. The origin of the funds is established at the moment they land, rather than reconstructed months later when someone asks.

  3. Step three

    The delegation

You instruct us to convert it. That instruction is a standing one for the flow, not a decision you make per transaction — you are running a business, not a trading desk, and the mandate says so in writing.

  4. Step four

    The settlement

We convert as the regulated counterparty in one documented exchange and settle EUR, GBP or USD straight to your own account. One transaction stands behind every fiat amount you receive, and none of it rests with us on the way.

Why it is bankable

The source of funds is your business

Crypto received as sales revenue, against invoices, from identified counterparties, is a documented origin. That is the difference between a conversion a banking partner can accept and one they will not.

Delegated, not discretionary

We convert on your instruction

We act on the mandate you signed, at the rate agreed for the day. We do not take a position on your behalf, and we do not decide when your revenue gets sold.

Exposure

You keep pricing in your own currency

The asset exists between receipt and conversion and no longer. You are not asked to carry a currency you never chose, and the figure you invoiced is the figure you are settled.

The record

One chain, sale to bank

The invoice, the receipt, the screening decision, the conversion and the settlement are entries in the same book. Your accountant and your bank read the same story.

What this is, in regulatory terms

You remain the owner of the funds throughout. Synterra Innovations Ltd. is the registered money services business that performs the exchange leg on your instruction, and where you ask us to pay a third party out of the proceeds — a supplier, a contractor, a payroll run — we do so as paying agent, on documented instruction, retaining originator and beneficiary records.

Onboarding is the same as for any other client: full verification of the entity and its beneficial owners, documented source of funds, and screening at onboarding and on an ongoing basis. A merchant flow is not a lighter category of relationship.
